Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to most Metropolitan Areas and Outlying Areas in South Africa.

What time can I expect my delivery?

We cannot give an exact time when the courier driver will arrive to deliver the parcel.
There are different factors which can influence the delivery time such as traffic, delays at a previous stop or a technical problem.
Delivery will take place between normal business hours, from 08:00 to 16:30.
Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the parcel.

Can I track my parcel?

Yes. You will receive a shipping email which will include a waybill number and a link to track your parcel online.

My parcel is delayed what should I do?

Unfortunately parcel delays do happen, however we follow-up with the respective service providers as soon as possible.
Please contact the courier company via the shipping email sent to you.
Alternatively email us at and we will follow-up with the courier company.
Just place your Order number with “Delayed” in the subject line and send it through to us.

Receiving your parcel
Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or the post office.

Please make sure that someone will be present to sign the waybill when receiving the parcel. If you cannot be present at the delivery address, a work colleague, family member or friend may sign on your behalf.

Please note:
Orders placed after 11:00 on Working Days will be dispatched the following day.
Orders placed after Friday 11:00, will be dispatched on Monday morning (Should that Monday not fall on a Public Holiday).

Orders are only dispatched during Weekdays and Working Days.
Alpha Sports Nutrition reserves the right to charge you an additional delivery fee if an alternate date and time is required.

Return Policy

Change of mind

You may return any product to us within 7 working days of the invoice date, provided it is unopened, sealed and in its original condition. The product will have to be sent back to us at your own cost.
Once we have received the product you will be contacted to provide your banking details for the refund of the product only. Any delivery fees that were paid to receive the product will not be refunded.

Damaged or Defective product received

If you received a damaged or defective product please send an email with photos of the damaged product to as soon as possible but no later than 7 working days after receiving the product.
Collection of the product will be arranged with a courier provider.
Once we have received the product, a replacement product will be sent within 7 working days.
We cannot offer an exchange or refund before receiving the damaged or defect product for inspection.

Incorrect product Received

If you received an incorrect product please send an email to as soon as possible but no later than 7 working days after receiving the product.
We will arrange a collection of the product with our courier provider. Once we have received the wrong product we will send you the correct one within 7 working days.
