As the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic continues to spread globally, we are prioritising the health and safety of all our employees and customers.
Following the national lockdown by our government, we wanted to let you know about some of the steps we are taking as a business.
ALPHA SPORTS NUTRITION has been certified as an Essential Service provider, granting us the authority to continue manufacturing and distributing selected essential products during this period.
All non-essential products will not be available for purchase and will be listed as “Out of stock” (Apparel, Water bottles etc.)

Statistically speaking, online shopping is a much safer method than brick and mortar retailers at the moment as contact/exposure with other people, surfaces etc. is drastically minimised during online ordering and deliveries.
Deliveries will be done on a “contactless” basis as we are enforcing stringent health and safety protocols.
When our Couriers arrive at your delivery address, they have been instructed to ring the bell/knock on the door and stand back at a safe distance (2 metres). The Courier will place the item at your door and wait for you to answer.
You should not be asked to sign for your delivery or make any contact with the driver.
We are currently shipping all orders on time, however a 24h delay can happen at any time – so depending on your location, the majority of orders are being delivered within 24-72 hours to Major cities, with the exception of outlying/remote areas.
In the meantime, we would like to extend a sincere thank you to all #TEAMALPHA employees, athletes and customers for their loyal support during this unprecedented time.
